Your expertise will ensure that the estimates are accurate, competitive, and profitable, helping our client to secure new projects and maintain their reputation for quality. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather all necessary information and provide detailed, precise estimates.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather essential informationAnalyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure comprehensive project coverage.Ensure the projects costs are managed, and projects are delivered within the constraintsWorking with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the best solutionsMonitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessaryStay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricingProvide support to the project management team during project executionRequirements:Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator is essential, Built up felt roofing and single ply membranes systems.Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and industry standardsExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsProficiency in estimating software and toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsStrong communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAmbitious and drivenValid driver's license and willingness to travel to sitesBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional development and career advancementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per yearMonday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: FD1405
