Description
Role – Facilities Manager
Location- Kings Norton – 5 days per week on site
3 Month Initial Contract- £250 per day PAYE Inside IR35
Your role as a Facilities Manager:
This is an urgent requirement for a Facilities Manager to be based at Kings Norton in Birmingham.
The Kings Norton site is one of our clients smaller facilities and is where some of their healthcare Clients are housed. Consequently, the warehouse is temperature controlled, so experience in this environment and/or systems, as well as good all round FM experience would be really advantageous but not compulsory.
