1 QUALIFIED MRICS/FRICS VALUER & 2 TRAINEE VALUATION SURVEYORS(Structured APC Training Provided)

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified MRICS Valuer (minimum 2-year PQE required) specialising in Commercial & Residential Valuations, within London and Surrounding Counties, plus two trainee valuation surveyors, to join our very successful team. The position is based at our Head office in Enfield Town, just 30 minutes from Central London and close to excellent transport links.We are dedicated RICS, APC providers and offer, we believe, the very best structured and hands on training in the industry, to support our trainees progress towards successfully passing and becoming a qualified Member of the RICS. We have a 100% first time pass rate for all graduates.
We are leading experts in commercial/residential valuations and LPA Receivership, acting for over 100 mainstream lenders. We also undertake private valuations, homebuyer and building surveys, and specialise in higher value properties between £500,000 to £50,000,000 in London (with a strong emphasis on Central London) and surrounding Counties.
Valuations and property appraisals are provided for leading commercial lenders, investors, occupiers, property companies, pension funds, Government departments and public corporations. We cover a wide variety of sectors such as office, industrial and retail, plus more specialist valuations of leisure facilities, care homes, hotels and healthcare facilities.
We have a wealth of experience in property insolvency, offering residential/commercial Fixed Charge Receiverships and appointments under the Law of Property Act 1925, as well as expertise in the acquisition and disposal of property and businesses throughout the commercial spectrum and across the UK.
The successful candidate MUST have:

• Recognised RICS degree
• Excellent English and Maths
• Excellent I.T. skills

Further Information:

• Salary: To be agreed depending on experience, however will be competitive
• Working Pattern: FULL TIME (Monday - Friday)
• Flexible working: For a qualified surveyor, the role will offer flexibility and home working to suit your personal needs. For Trainees it will be necessary to come into our Enfield office at all times
• Start Date: To be agreed with the successful candidate
