Description

We are currently looking for a talented, qualified architect (with 3-5 years post-Part 3 experience) to join a collaborative team in our clients London Studio. This is a great opportunity for someone who possesses strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for teamwork.

The successful candidate will have solid experience using Revit, with a proven ability to produce accurate models and drawings. If shortlisted for an interview, you will be asked to complete a Revit test.

My client is looking for someone with creative design abilities, along with practical experience in the technical aspects of design-related projects.

You should be comfortable leading a team and also capable of working independently, managing the development of project packages and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.

To be considered for an interview, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• At least three years’ post-Part 3 experience;
• Experience in the early stages of projects, working with Revit;
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of how to apply it in design;
• Familiarity with the UK construction industry;
• Exposure to a variety of project types, with varying complexity and scale;
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards;
• Understanding and alignment with the studio’s design philosophy;
• Strong communication skills.
