Project Manager / Scrum Master (DV Cleared)

Huntingdon – 5 days On-Site due to Clearance

£60,000 - £75,000 base – Permanent

Our client, a leader in providing software solutions to the Defence sector, is expanding their Defence team to support new projects commencing in 2025. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to deliver high-priority projects for the public defence sector.

What you’ll need as an PM / Scrum Master:

• Proven experience managing Defence projects.

• Expertise in managing software-based projects in agile delivery environments.

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to lead Agile ceremonies.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including conflict resolution.

• Ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.

• High-level security clearance (British citizen with 5+ years’ permanent UK residency).

What you’ll do as an PM / Scrum Master:

• Manage multiple in-flight projects, including tracking, reporting, and risk management.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Serve as a servant-leader, clearing obstacles and enabling the team to thrive.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve escalations.

• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with the customer’s priorities and challenges.

• Work 5 days per week on-site with MoD customers.

PM / Scrum Master Package:

• £60,000 - £75,000 base salary (DOE)
