The Role: Town Planner / Senior Planner

Location: Bristol

Salary: Highly Competitive – DOE

Our client is a specialist planning consultancy with teams involved in a diverse range of projects such as residential, energy, commercial and leisure. To support their growth, we are keen to chat to qualified Planning Candidates from Senior through to Director level. We are seeking experienced planners who are enthusiastic professionals with a passion for the built environment and sustainability.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• Hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree
• Either a chartered member of the RTPI or working towards (will provide you with support throughout the APC process)
• Experience in planning practice and application
• Good knowledge of the UK planning system

About the role:

You’ll be involved in providing high quality planning advice and guidance to various clients in a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of planning. This will include preparing, evaluating and submitting small or large, complex planning reports, applications and appeals; promoting land through Development Plan processes; and consulting with local authorities, landowners, stakeholders and developers, all as appropriate to your level of experience and expertise.
