Production Project Manager

Congleton

4 day week (1 day WFH)

RPS are working on an exclusive basis with a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturer, who after winning a large project of work with an OEM are looking for a an experienced Production Project Manager with a background in managing large volume production projects.

You will be responsible for;

• Setting up a dedicated production cell
• Purchase, installation and commissioning of additional equipment and tooling
• Recruitment and training
• Material and subcon procurement and logistics
• Achievement of required production rate whilst maintaining the predicted profit margins
• Management of project costs

Ideally you will have a background in either aerospace or automotive manufacturing and an understanding of titanium/steel press/bulge forming.
