A leading Planning Consultancy firm is expanding its Central London offices and is recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Chartered Town planner. Role & Company: Role This role is well suited for someone with a 3 years' professional Planning experience. You'll work with multiple Partners and senior members of staff ensuring diversity to your training. There will be significant opportunities for you to develop your career further and the team you'll be joining are a sociable group working in vibrant offices. Your workload will be broad in scope and involve shaping and assessing the case for development projects. This will include preparing planning applications and appeals; site appraisals; planning strategies; and development plan representations. You will provide advice and guidance on planning and land use to a variety of clients including leading, developers, housebuilders, retailers and investment institutions as well as local planning authorities and other public or third sector organisations, throughout all stages of the planning process.Company A long established consultancy, you'll be working in their London offices.
