Repairs Surveyor Local Council £37 per hour umbrella Long term contract Hybrid working The role: A Local Council based in West London currently require a Repairs Surveyor to work on some of the more complex cases, including Damp and Mould and Insurance cases as well as general day to day. You will /quality inspect works when presented by the contractor both during and upon completion of works in accordance with the specification and ensure an electronic record is kept of inspections. Key Skills and experience: Demonstrable experience and knowledge of building construction Trade role experience Knowledge of construction and maintenance in a Social Housing environment. Knowledge of health & safety legislation and processes in relation to social housing.
