Quantity Surveyor Location: Flexible, UK | Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum Join a Thriving Company with a Strong Pipeline of Exciting Projects ITS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. With an annual turnover of £20 million and a robust pipeline of work, including projects delivered through council frameworks, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a growing organization. About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the financial management and successful execution of projects ranging from £1 million to £13 million. Youll work closely with our specialized divisions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Proficiency in JCT , D&B , and NEC contracts is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets and cost plans for projects. Administer and manage JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts effectively. Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure profitability. Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage projects delivered through council frameworks, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements. About You: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in projects ranging from £1m-£13m. Strong knowledge of JCT, D&B, and NEC contract frameworks. Experience working within council frameworks is highly desirable. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
