The Role: As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing effective guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects. As a part of the design and build technical team you will be tasked with overseeing projects and provide guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects. Requirements: Proficiency in RIBA Stages 3-6. 5 years min of post-qualification experience. Familiarity with NBS specifications. Revit - essential. Experience in detailing and design implementation.
