Associate Civil Engineer - Highways & Drainage design West London Up to £70,000 plus perks You're a pretty good (probably excellent) Civil Engineer with the ambition to lead a team and grow it. What you're struggling with at the moment is a lack of progression. Maybe even a shortage of recognition for your experience and what you bring to the table. Not an issue here. High-reward in terms of a comprehensive bonus structure. Genuine recognition from all levels, with a track record of promotion and career progression especially in upper management. You'll be adept with highways and drainage design, but be looking to step up into a commercial and management role that will see you progress and take on some serious responsibility. You'll have overall responsibility for the design process and it'll keep the grey matter engaged for sure. It's a team of 20 across four offices, and you'll be managing 5 direct reports (Civil Engineers) with a wealth of technical expertise to draw on. Sound better than where you're at?
