Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings, site visits, and client appointments
  • Maintaining office supplies and general office organisation
  • Filing and organising digital and physical documents

Project & Document Support

  • Formatting architectural reports and presentations
  • Managing drawings, plans, and revisions
  • Uploading documents to planning portals or client systems
  • Keeping project records up to date
  • Tracking deadlines and submission dates

Client & Consultant Coordination

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Assisting with tender documentation and proposals
  • Supporting invoicing and fee tracking

Financial & Compliance Tasks

  • Assisting with invoices and expense tracking
  • Supporting timesheet collection
  • Organising contracts and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring records meet regulatory requirements


Skills
