Job Title: Site Manager (1 Week Holiday Cover) Location: North London Job Type: Temporary (1-week contract) Sector: Residential Development Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 1-week holiday cover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both internal and external works on residential projects. You will ensure that site operations run smoothly overseeing all aspects of the build on a section of 39 units. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within residential development. Strong understanding of both internal and external construction processes. Ability to manage a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
