Site Manager – Property Contractor – Southampton We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding property contractor that have growing portfolio of works in the Southampton area. They are looking for a Site Manager/Onsite Manager to contribute to the growth of this portfolio of works. The projects are residential conversions, loft extensions and refits all to student HMOs to accommodate student accommodation sector within Southampton. The Managing Director is expecting someone who is proactive, well organised and a forward thinker as the projects are of a fast-paced nature. An exciting time to join a small but very successful contractor with a handful of very hardworking individuals. This position would be suited to someone who is a Site Manager/Onsite Manager who has had exposure commercially that understands JCT contracts. The Site Manager - Must have residential experience – preferably in conversions. - Can demonstrate they are proactive and forward thinking - Must have a driving licence - Able to be self-sufficient and competent to handle the workload - JCT D&B experience In Return for the Site Manager? - Up to £75,000 basic salary - Pension scheme - Generous holiday allowance - Great onboarding training If you are a Construction Site Manager considering your career options, then please contact Sam Patuzzo at Samuel James.
