Project Quantity Surveyor l RC Frame experience l Residential Apartments You must be eligible to live and work within the UK and this company do not offer sponsorships. This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be based from their North London office headquarters working on new build residential apartment projects in Greater London and Hertfordshire. As an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work in an experienced commercial team and on large apartment projects. You will be at the intermediate Quantity Surveyor level of experience so capable of full commercial duties on a site. The project is a major long-term development in North London which is about to enter phase 2 which consists of 150 units as part of an RC Frame construction. Phase 3, will be 300units. This is a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to get long term stability with an established, successful developer that has plans for further growth, thus offering further opportunities for staff. For this Project Quantity Surveyor position, you will be at intermediate level of experience and perhaps close to making a short step to being promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor. A Quantity Surveying qualification is essential and a majority of your past experience will be a variety of residential projects. RC Frame experience is essential.
