Site Manager Required For Fit Out Contractor Based In Greater Belfast Your new company Your new company is one of Northern Ireland’s freshest fit-out providers, specialising in retail, workspace and hospitality projects, large and small.As experts in fitting out and refurbishing both domestic and commercial spaces, this firm has worked on projects across NI, GB and ROI. Working closely with its trusted designers, suppliers and in-house team, your new company is committed to delivering the highest quality for projects, on time and on budget and, due to ongoing contract awards, now require an additional Fit Out Site Manager to join their stable team. Your new role Your new role will see you as the number 1 on site on specialist fit out schemes, overseeing a full package of joinery and other dry trades. As such, experience on similar projects, or indeed a strong background in a fit-out oriented role is preferable.You will be expected to oversee and manage all programme and labour on site and acting as a direct point of contact between men on the ground and the contracts manager.With plenty of work in the pipeline, the successful candidate can be assured of long-term and stable work. What you'll need to succeed To successfully fulfil the needs of this role, you will possess a high level of communication, organisation and the ability to uphold a high standard of work throughout the project. Previous experience of overseeing fitout or refurbishment projects including commercial and retail schemes would excel in this role. A background in joinery is also essential. It is required that you have suitable experience as a Site Manager working on CAT A projects. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
