Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a fast growing and well established Commercial Flooring Contractors with offices in Hertfordshire covering London and the South East and Dublin, covering the whole of Ireland. Our clients are rightly proud of their reputation and have built an enviable client base in the Fit out, Retail and Health sectors of the Flooring Market, counting several main contractors and Blue chip end users, particularly in Retail amongst them. They work with Floor Preparation, Vinyls, Ceramics, Timber Flooring and Carpets. They are now seeking an experienced commercial Flooring and Tiling Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to help them win even more work moving through 2024 and into 2025 The Role will be based predominantly from their offices near Hemel Hempstead with some Home and some on Site Work as required. The Duties of this exciting opportunity are as follows: Estimating Projects & Returning Of Tenders On Time - Tiling & Soft Flooring Taking Off Plans & Material Quantification (experience of Callidus beneficial) Producing Bill Of Quantities Accurate Tracking Of Project Costings & Reporting Monthly Applications For Payment & Final Accounts Retention Monitoring & Tracking You will therefore be doing a very similar role within the Flooring Industry and perhaps looking for a long term home where you can actively contribute to the success of a growing operation and achieve personal growth whilst doing so Our clients are open to negotiation on package and are happy to speak to candidates in confidence.
