This reputable contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to assist in delivering a Commercial, CAT B fit-out project in Surrey. We are seeking an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a site-based team for 2 weeks holiday cover. This is 2 weeks cover and need someone that will be available throughout the duration of the project. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Responsibilities: Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site Managing the health and safety on site Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely Manage the quality of completed works Conduct regular subcontractor meetings Liaise directly with Contracts Manager Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards. Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors. Oversee general dayto-day operations on the construction site Requirements: MIUST be CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID certified Minimum 5 years experience site management MUST have CAT B project experience Ideally with fit out commercial project experience Strong knowledge of fit out, construction processes, techniques, and materials. MUST be proficient in MS projects
