Project Manager/Senior Site Manager required for a growing commercial build construction company. I am delighted to be supporting a North East construction business with a stable order book on the appointment of a Project Manager/Senior Site Manager. This role will be to lead and manage high-value commercial build and re-fit projects from design, through to build and completion stages. You will take responsibility for all aspects of the project from the design phase through to site management and client handover. You will work with a wider team of Site Supervisors and subcontractors on the completion of the project inline with design specifications. You will work to ensure the project remains on track inline with project goalposts as well as management of the budget. This is a great opportunity for an existing experienced project manager or a senior site manager ready for the next step, who has a background in commercial build from the design phase through to completion. You will be able to travel and be flexible on location across the North East depending on the pipeline of projects. However, most opportunities will be within the Tyneside and Northumberland areas.
