Job title: Site Manager/Senior Site Manager Salary: £60,000 – 65,000 for SM/70,000 – 75,000 for SSM Location: Leicester Square O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for both Site Managers and Senior Site Managers to join an in-house contractor for a property developer on one of a number of cut & carve resi/hotel projects they have. This is a permanent position so after the completion of the initial project they will be able to move you onto one of a number of other projects they have in a similar area. To be considered you must have experience of working on large volume high-end Cut and Carve Residential projects. The successful Site Manager candidate must have: Strong Experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager Experience working on large, high-end, Cut & Carve residential projects The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc) If you are interested in the site manager role and fit the above description, please apply with your most up to date CV today
