Due to continued success and expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the West Midlands region. Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple housing projects. This includes overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Skills & Experience Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the residential housebuilding sector. Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS) preferred. Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects from inception to completion.
