Job Title: Site Manager - Fit Out Project Location: Cardiff Job Type: Temporary (with potential for extension) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a fit-out project in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing fit-out projects, particularly within coffee shops or barista environments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the fit-out project. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise. Requirements: Previous experience in fit-out projects, ideally within coffee shops or barista environments. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
