QUANTITY SURVEYOR – CENTRAL LONDON Client Our client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large new build residential projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong. Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor to oversee large new build residential project in Central London. Reporting into the Directors. Role / Responsibilities Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects. Managing the day-to-day work on site. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets The ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: An industry applicable degree qualification. Proven track record within a similar sector. Individual: Experience working on Residential New Build projects Able to work as part of a team. Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. Ability to manage an onsite commercial team Strong work ethic An excellent communicator. Have strong commercial awareness. Good IT knowledge ASAP interview and start for the ideal candidate.
