Job Title: Architect specialising in Residential Design. Location: London Bridge Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 pa, depending on experience. Work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. About Our Client: Our client is a leading interior design and architectural studio with a global presence and over 300 staff in London. They are renowned for their innovative and cutting-edge designs, which have been recognized with numerous awards. The studio has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of its clients. Job Summary: They are seeking an Architect with a solid architectural background with experience in the residential sector. The ideal candidate will oversee all design phases, bringing experience across all RIBA stages. You will be required to have housing/living including residential and student accommodation experience. Responsibilities: Help deliver varies size projects with a strong emphasis on design. Contribute as a key asset to a rapidly expanding and dynamic studio. Collaborate daily with a design team on projects where creativity is the central focus. Support project team members with tasks assigned to them. Play a key role in shaping the overall design to achieve the objectives and exceed the client's expectations. Qualifications: A robust portfolio of front-end design that highlights your expertise, especially in high-quality residential projects. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Architectural background with knowledge of all RIBA stages. Experience with residential projects. Excellent technical knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD. Sound knowledge in Enscape and Rhino.
