Job Description The Job Mission As a Mechanical Construction Engineer , you will take a lead role in delivering mechanical scopes of work within the MEH construction phase of Hinkley Point C. This is a key position to ensure consistency, compliance, and successful project outcomes. ⚡️ Lead and motivate teams, driving best practices across mechanical construction activities. ⚡️ Define and manage scopes of work, ensuring alignment with MEH documentation. ⚡️ Oversee and deliver Construction Workpacks (CWPs), achieving first-time acceptance. ⚡️ Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and procedural updates. ⚡️ Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, site licenses, and HSE requirements. ⚡️ Coordinate with subject matter experts and client counterparts to resolve technical challenges. ⚡️ Provide leadership in safe access coordination and topographical surveying to support construction works. ⚡️ Directly report to the Building Manager and manage resources effectively to meet project needs.
