Cross Works is seeking Senior Architects to join its growing team in London. We are a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated collective, looking to grow sustainably to meet an increased demand across a number of sectors. The new recruits will work on large-scale international projects at a variety of scales and typologies. The following knowledge and capabilities will be required in order to be shortlisted for an interview: qualified architect with at least 8 years of professional experience in practice excellent design skills with demonstrable experience on projects at multiple scales; experience on larger scale buildings and urban design projects will be required for this role ability and flexibility to work across multiple projects excellent command of Rhino is essential, with parametric design skills a bonus Revit competency is useful for the role Demonstrable experience at all RIBA Stages friendly and conscientious, with strong communication and presentation skills a passion for teamwork and collaboration with delegation experience ability to lead a project / project team with efficiency Competitive salary and bonus scheme; all dependent on experience and capabilities. This position will require working full-time in an office environment in London. Remote / hybrid-working is not an option for this role. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential for this position.
