If you have a strong background in managing projects in these sensitive environments and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly within hospital and educational settings. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Keep accurate records of site activities, reporting progress to senior management and clients as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on hospital and educational building projects. Strong understanding of the complexities and regulations related to working in live, sensitive environments like hospitals and schools. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients and contractors. Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining safe working practices on site. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
