Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to lead the site operations of a prestigious high-rise project in central London. This is a critical role for a proven leader who can ensure the successful delivery of a complex development while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project milestones. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Drive quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets specifications and client expectations. Maintain accurate project records, including daily site reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Collaborate with the Project Manager, design teams, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations.
