Description

We are working with a construction consultancy who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in either Manchester or London. The Quantity Surveyor will have experience working on new build residential. residential refurbishment, cladding remediation projects and commercial works. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in tendering for projects, pre, during and post project cost and management responsibilities. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following skills/experience - Working towards MRICS or APC - Consultancy experience - New build and refurbishment project experience.
