Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes. Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Assist in the development of trainee surveyors within the team. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in a Building Control role. Class 2F registration with the BSR (essential). Chartered Membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or CABE) – desired. Experience with high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team. A drive to develop professionally.
