A well-established and highly respected Building Contractor with a rich history of delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects up to £10m across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare are looking for a Project Manager to join their team . They are looking for a Project Manager with a broad range of sector experience to deliver projects from the pre construction stage through to delivery. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, the Project Manager will be site based and will hold full responsibility for the management and delivery of the project. The role of the Project Manager will include: Responsibility for the management, planning, programming & phasing of the project.
