My Local Authority client in London are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team. The priary responsibilities of this role would be Landlord & Tenant - undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on the Council's commercial assets. The Council offer hybrid working arrangements, so you will only be expected in the office 2 days per week, and will be able to work remotely for the toher 3 days. MRICS status is essential for this position, as is previous experience of working on commercial assets.
