Job Title: Project Manager Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Birmingham Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Construction, resin flooring Salary: £50000 - £65000 Per annum Benefits: Fuel allowance, discretionary bonus scheme Skills: Project Management A Market Leading Construction Business are looking for a Project Manager to join their West Midlands team. As specialists in the flooring sector, this business have a strong pipeline of work and are expanding their team. Offering progression to Director level as the business expands further. Job Duties: Manage and oversee construction projects across the UK from inception to completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards Prepare and present project updates to senior management Required Qualifications: Degree in Project Management or related field Proven experience in project management within the construction industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Education: Degree or qualification in Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management within the construction industry - 5 years expeirence minimum Knowledge and Skills: Excellent project management skills Strong leadership abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of construction processes and regulations Working Conditions: This role will require working on construction sites and in office environments. Travel to project sites and occasional staying away.
