Architects and technicians with residential experience required for a small developer looking to build a strong design team within the business. Our client deliver projects from 20-150 units within London and are looking for a range of Architects and Technicians to help their expansion into a busy period. Backgrounds with Architectural practises are preferred and some UK experience or strong residential experience abroad is essential. Generally the company are looking for pro active, motivated people who work well in a team and have a passion for good design and ensuring the whole build process is smooth and well run. The production of working drawings and experience of being on site will also be an advantage.
