Fire Risk Assessor Part Time Cumbria / Carlisle Rate Dependant on contract type Typical salary up to £48,000 p/a Our client is looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to carry out a type 1, 3 and 4 fire risk assessment program in domestic housing, care and support schemes and in properties where housing has responsibility such as community halls. This position offers a blend of home and site-based work, providing flexibility to accommodate the needs of both the role and the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough fire risk assessments in social housing properties. Identify and evaluate fire hazards and risks. Recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks. Prepare detailed reports and documentation. Liaise with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
