Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Wakefield on a long term freelance basis. This will be working on 2, new build, steel frame industrial units. Job duties: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Ensure resource allocation and availability. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly to update on progress. Delegate tasks to junior staff members based on ability, skill set and expertise. Experience required: Detailed Project Management expertise with steel frame industrial units. Previous experience with construction of industrial sheds from start to finish including car parks, groundworks, drainage etc. Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
