Building Surveyor Job, Based in Glasgow Region, 4/8 weeks worth of work, Paid per Survey Your new company Our client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 6/8 week contract. Your new role You will be assisting in the delivery of 180 condition surveys and 100 EPCs across a residential portfolio in the North of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block surveys. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Stock Condition/Building Surveyor with a track record within residential condition surveys and EPCS. You will also be EPC accredited, either via Elmhurst or other.
