Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading residential contractor. Our client is a well regarded and established contractor who operate with a number of disciplines including commercial and residential. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you would be responsible for a number of projects ranging from new build to refurbishment and extensions. Main duties will include: Internal cost reports and CVR’s Measurement and valuation of main contract accounts and subcontract accounts Subcontractor procurement Raising sales invoices Payments to subcontractors Issue and maintain correspondence and records To be considered, applicants must: Working with a contractor, either building or housing. JCT Design and Build, NEC and Intermediate forms of contract. Preparing take offs and re-measures. Understanding the external valuation processes. Preparing internal cost reports.
