Coleman James are recruiting with our client in search of a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent, full time basis. Duties: Work closely with Commercial Director. Work on roughly £2.5 million depot based projects. Working with subcontractors. Administer the client payment cycle including final account and project change. Reporting. This role will be full time Monday-Friday based in the office, with minimal travel to the sites which would be all expenses paid. Experience required: Rail background would be beneficial but not essential. NEC project experience. Able to commit to full time in the office, which is commutable from Yorkshire and Midlands areas.
