You will be working on a variety of projects, assisting our clients with cost reporting, variation accounts, applications for payment, contract administration, and disputes. Key Responsibilities: The following are the outline quantity surveying tasks we are looking for you to assist or take a leading role in: Cost Reporting. Variation Accounts. Applications for Payments. Assisting experts with Contract Administration and Disputes will also be required. The Person The right attitude is the key to success at Nexus You will be confident, driven to succeed, a real self starter and someone who likes to take on responsibility Currently undertaking or recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 2 years on the job experience (either day release or post degree) Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
