NW31324 Anaerobic Digestion Project Manager £80,000 - £85,000 Remote working Alecto Recruitment are looking to hear from Project Managers with Anaerobic Digestion experience who have successfully delivered EPC projects within the AD Sector or similar for our client who are building a portfolio of Anaerobic Digestion facilities. Package: £80,000 - £85,000 Salary Bonus scheme Company car Health & wellbeing programme Work from home Duties Contribute to the design and planning of new anaerobic digestion investment projects. Assist in selecting and evaluating third-party technology providers. Support the contracting process for third-party technology agreements. Oversee the construction and delivery of anaerobic digestion plants, ensuring effective management of third-party providers and compliance with contract terms. Identify, engage, and manage on-site resources essential for plant development. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Uphold high standards in project reporting and the issuance of progress certificates, prioritizing both quality and timeliness. Ensure all necessary documentation for installation, commissioning, and maintenance is completed. Confirm adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards for all assigned projects. Contribute to the permitting process and requirements. Ideal Person The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in project management with a successful track record in delivering large-scale energy-to-waste projects, including anaerobic digestion. Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and effectively guide team members. Proactive and quality-driven approach to project delivery. Skilled in managing external project teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Strong presence and capability in managing construction contractors. Background in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, as well as Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
