Senior Quantity Surveyor – Central London – Drylining/Suspended Ceilings/Fitout Contractor Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a leading contractor within its niche specialising in bespoke fitouts, including suspended ceilings and drylining. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Manage and oversee quantity surveying aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. Monitor project costs, track budget adherence, and address any deviations promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and enforce financial control policies and procedures on-site. Qualifications for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record of successfully managing project costs in construction, specifically in areas like CAT A/CAT B, drylining and suspended ceilings. Excellent financial analysis, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred).
