In this role, you will manage all financial aspects of bespoke residential projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that each luxury build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will also involve preparing detailed financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts. You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the luxury residential sector, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of bespoke construction processes. Excellent commercial skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.
