Senior Site Manager - Uber Prime Residential • Up to £80,000 - PAYE / CIS • Chelsea, London • Permanent • January 2025 In the new year, our client will require a Senior Site Manager for the refurbishment of a super prime property in Chelsea, London. Over the past 10 years, this principle contractor has forged a strong reputation within the super prime sector on projects between £5m - £20m This Senior Site Manager opportunity would suit your attributes and experience if you share the following: • Ability to provide concrete evidence of successfully delivering super prime projects valued up to £20m • Possess professional and client facing skills • A very strong background in super prime fit out and associated finishes • Using Asta, you will be very capable of delivering comprehensive reports and programmes to clients, consultants and board directors • Comfortable as the No. 1 on site. • A collaborative approach with all stakeholders • Proven ability to successfully motivate, drive and manage and subcontractors .
