Job Description The Job Mission As an HVAC Construction Engineer , you will provide leadership and expertise to deliver critical HVAC construction activities at Hinkley Point C. Your role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful project delivery. ⚡️ Lead and motivate teams, driving best practices across HVAC construction scopes. ⚡️ Define scope boundaries and ensure documentation compliance with MEH and project requirements. ⚡️ Oversee HVAC construction workpacks from conception to acceptance, meeting quality standards. ⚡️ Collaborate with SMEs and client counterparts to resolve technical issues and ensure progress. ⚡️ Support continuous improvement initiatives and procedural enhancements. ⚡️ Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, site licenses, and HSE requirements. ⚡️ Report to the Building Manager and ensure resource adequacy for project needs. ⚡️ Facilitate safe access coordination and topographical surveying to support HVAC construction.
