Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity Location : Essex Salary : £75,000 - £85,000 Bonus & Benefits Employer : National Housebuilder We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading national housebuilder in Essex. Your work will include; manage costs, contracts, and procurement on high-quality residential development projects while working with a collaborative and talented team. About the Role Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor and supplier appointments. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements. Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. What We’re Looking For Experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within residential development. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
