Senior Quantity Surveyor Up to £80,000 £6,000 Car Allowance Working on behalf of a Main Contractor based in the North West, I am keen to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor proven and capable of managing medium to large valued contracts under a JCT D&B. My client, are known to deliver schemes across the North West for a select number of their clients. Projects tend to be in the following sectors; Industrial, Commercial, Hotels, Accomodation, Education, Healthcare etc. My client are about to deliver a £30m scheme in Manchester City Centre and need a Senior QS to run the scheme commercially, alongside a Senior Project Manager. As Senior QS, you will be managing a QS and a Trainee and report into a visiting commercial manager. Manage CVR's on a monthly basis Commercial lead on the project, managing the client Ensuring the profit plan is achieved and procurement is done correctly Dealing with contractual issues if they arise Total management of project costs and ensuring all costs are within scope Management of more junior qs staff on project A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who have a strong pipeline of work in Manchester
