The Construction Project Manager Role In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be a key player in a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers. Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration. Leading post-project review discussions. Actively contributing to the business's growth and development.The Construction Project Manager Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or actively working towards such accreditation. Experience in a construction consultancy environment. A degree in Project Management or a related field. Proven experience across a range of build sector projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
