As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Project Surveyor to join our team. The Role: As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our fit-out projects. You will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across London while being based in our office, where you will collaborate closely with our experienced and friendly team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and valuations. Conduct site surveys and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare and present financial reports, including cost forecasts and final accounts. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. About You: Proven experience as a Project Surveyor, ideally within the fit-out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
